GHS Choirs StatementThe goal of the GHS Choirs is to have students develop not only as musicians but as people. A good choir is a choir that sings well and can read music, but an exceptional choir is a choir that works together to create something meaningful and beautiful.

BioMrs. Heinrich is a proud graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she received a Bachelors of Music Education with a concentration in Choral Music and a Specialization in Vocal Jazz. She received her Master of Music Education from VanderCook College of Music. In addition to teaching at GHS, she also sings professionally as a Soprano in the St. Charles Singers. Mrs. H's ultimate goal as an educator is to make choir a home for all students in the choir program, and to provide a place for students to express themselves through music.
